BidPointX LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS game Flight by BidPointX handles information.

Information We Collect

Flight by BidPointX does not require an account or login.

BidPointX LLC does not collect, receive, sell, rent, or share personal information through the app. The app does not collect:

  • Names, email addresses, or contact information

  • Payment or financial information

  • Precise or approximate location

  • Contacts, photographs, or media

  • Health or fitness information

  • Advertising identifiers

  • Browsing or search history

  • User-generated content

  • Analytics or behavioral profiles

Local Game Progress

The app stores gameplay information locally on your device so your progress can be maintained. This may include:

  • Bounty Points

  • High scores

  • Completed and unlocked levels

  • Unlocked and selected aircraft

  • Aircraft color customizations

  • Gameplay preferences and selections

This information is used only to provide game functionality.

iCloud Synchronization

When iCloud is available on your device, gameplay progress may be synchronized between your Apple devices using Apple’s iCloud key-value storage service.

BidPointX LLC does not receive or have direct access to this synchronized information. Apple processes iCloud information according to the Apple Privacy Policy.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Flight by BidPointX does not contain third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.

The app does not track users across apps or websites and does not use information for targeted advertising.

Children’s Privacy

Flight by BidPointX does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not require accounts and does not collect personal data, children are not asked to submit personal information.

Apple Services

Apple may process technical, purchase, diagnostic, TestFlight, App Store, or iCloud information independently when you use Apple services. Apple’s handling of that information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies and is not controlled by BidPointX LLC.

Data Retention and Control

Local gameplay information remains on your device unless the app is deleted or its data is otherwise removed through your device settings.

Information synchronized through iCloud may remain associated with your Apple Account according to Apple’s iCloud settings and retention practices. BidPointX LLC cannot directly access or delete information stored in your personal iCloud account.

Security

The app uses Apple-provided local storage and iCloud technologies to maintain gameplay progress. No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, but BidPointX LLC does not operate a separate server containing players’ personal information.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app’s features or information practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
